Q:Hi, will it work for an iphone 5s with ios 7.1.2 without the error message? rgds
A: It worked on my 5c with 7.1.2, so I'd expect it to work on the 5s with the same software. The key is that it is "Apple MFI Certified."

A: Yes. It's works fine with my IPhone 6.

A: I don't know much about the iphone 6, but it does fit in my otterbox for the iPhone 5s.... It appears to be the same size as the apple products..

A: I didn't see any difference on how fast it charges

Q:Will this still work each time the IOS upgrades?
A: I can vouch that it works on the iphone 5s operating the newest IOS. However, it is very spotty. Each time you connect your phone you need to make sure it is actually charging. Might have to disconnect and reconnect. Overall just buy apple. It'll work better wont, mess with you iphone, last longer, and since you pay like $30 for it I doubt you leave lying around like you would this one.

Q:What am I doing wrong? This works if I plug it into the computer. BUT, it won't work with the Apple power adapter l so I can't charge via AC outlet.

Q:how quickly it charges the iphone from zero percent?
A: It can take hours to even turn back on after "zero-ing" out.

A: As far as I know yes, I haven't heard about any updates to the charge portal so I assume it will work with the 6 (or at least I'm hoping it will since that's what I plan on using it on)

Q:Is the cable and connector the EXACT same size as the cable that comes with the iPhone? Or is it larger?
A: It's bigger, but I have had no problems fitting it with cases (incipio on my new iPhone 6 or a lifeproof case on my previous iPhone 5).

A: Don't know about that. But if the apple 6 has the same standard charger/earphone jacks I would imagine they would work fine!

Q:Does it fit Otterbox Defender?
A: I think so coz it's exactly the same size as the original, I can't say for sure coz I haven't used otterbox on my iphone 5.
